What happens after I apply?
An admin reviews your application, usually within 48 hours. We'll email you next steps.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 48 hours. Complex cases may take longer if we need to verify licensing.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Operators run Cabeazy on a tablet or laptop in any modern browser. Drivers use the Cabeazy driver app on their existing phone.
Can my drivers keep doing private jobs?
Yes. Drivers choose 'working as Office X' or 'working as Private' before each shift. They can switch mid-shift between active jobs.
What does it cost?
£30 per active driver per month, billed to the office. Zero per-trip commission on office-allocated jobs. Pause anytime — £0 while paused. Drivers covered by your office pay nothing to cabeazy directly while working under you.
How does that compare to Autocab or iCabbi?
Autocab (Uber-owned, 40% UK market share) charges around £11.40/driver/month for dispatch software only. iCabbi sits around £8.90/driver/month at the 10-driver tier. cabeazy is £30/driver/month AND bundles inbound passenger demand from the cabeazy app — you don't get that from any of them.
