The operator portal
See the portal at work.
Three short recordings of the cabeazy operator portal, made on a demo office whose bookings, drivers and customers are invented. They are silent: the steps under each one say what happens, and pressing a step plays from that moment.
To see it with your own office in mind, book a demo for a live walk-through.
Taking a phone booking
From the live board, a new booking is opened, the caller's name and number typed, the pickup and drop-off chosen from the address suggestions, and the fare quoted before it is booked. The booking then appears on the board, waiting for a driver.

Choosing the driver yourself
cabeazy offers an as-soon-as-possible booking to a free driver by itself, within seconds. This recording shows the other way: a separate booking, made a quarter of an hour ahead, opened from the live board and given to a driver the office picks. It shows as offered while the driver has 30 seconds to accept; once they accept in the driver app, the board moves it to On the way, and the booking's activity lists who offered it and when the driver accepted.

Month-end statements for account customers
The account customers list shows what each one owes. One is opened to see its credit used and left, then the statement its closed month became: every ride on it and the total due, with a PDF to download and send and a CSV for the office's books.
