cabeazy holds a Private Hire Vehicle operator licence issued by Transport for London (TfL). This is one of the most stringent PHV licensing regimes in the world.
TfL licensing means we're legally required to ensure every driver is properly licensed, insured, and background-checked — and that the vehicle being used is fit for purpose. We must also maintain a complaints procedure and cooperate with TfL audits at any time.
As a TfL-licensed operator we're also bound by the contract-as-principal requirement, meaning cabeazy is legally responsible for every trip booked through our platform. Your safety isn't optional — it's the law.
